How long will my home be listed?

The free ads are 14 day listings, renewable every 14 days. If you do not renew, we remove your lisitng. The basic and showcase ads are 6 month listings, renewable with fee. If you do not renew, we remove your listing.

Why do you charge so low?

Simply put, because we want your business. Our sister company FSBO's Online, LLC a Florida licensed real estate brokerage posts their ads on this site as well to increase their listings exposure. The more  exposure this site has, the better service they can provide their Flat Fee MLS customers. It's a win win for everyone to maintain low costs.
